Using the Therapist's Inner Conversation in Teamwork with Novice Therapists

Peter Rober's work (2005a) on the therapist’s inner conversation (TIC) has been a significant contribution to understanding the therapist's 'here and now' experience that focuses on the emergence of different voices responding to what is said in the therapy session. Frediani and Rober (2016) conducted an investigation into the experience and TIC of novice therapists concerning emotions aroused and how they deal with them during family therapy. Their research prompted us to ask how this methodology could work with recent graduates and those in the last year of their undergraduate training. This was addressed in the adolescent psychotherapy team that is part of the Equipo de Trabajo y Asesoría Sistémica (Systemic Counselling and Teamwork) (eQtasis) of the Psychology Department of the University of Chile. An important characteristic has been developing an ethics for clinical practice and generating a collaborative reflexive approach as a central aspect of the clinical training. The paper aims to promote the legitimacy of the experience of novice therapists who despite limited professional experience have many stories that connect with what is said in therapy.     

浅谈《蒙古秘史》的文化蕴层

《蒙古秘史》是蒙古学、蒙元史研究必不可少的第一手史料。正是其所处的位置与自身拥有的价值意义,促成自上世纪以来研究、考证、笺注、释对等一系列工作的繁荣。虽然在这一过程中有人对《秘史》的文化蕴层有所意见,但却是零星和不够全面的。①本文从物质文化蕴层、精神文化蕴层及其史诗性文学和语言价值几个方面考察《秘史》,以期对《秘史》的文化蕴层给予一个较为全面的概述胪列。     

秦、西汉的“内臣”与“外臣”

本文对文献记载中西汉政权处理民族关系时出现的“内臣”和“外臣”作了分析 ,归纳了它们在与中央政权关系上各自不同的特点。作者在分析云梦睡虎地秦简的基础上认为 ,秦简中的“臣邦”相当于汉代“内臣” ,“外臣邦”相当于汉代“外臣” ;并指出文献中的“羁縻”制度等同于“外臣” ,“葆塞蛮夷”相当于“内臣” ;同时提出“内诸侯”和“外诸侯”的称呼不适合于汉代分封和民族政策 ,应以汉代习称的“内臣”和“外臣”为准。最后 ,本文归纳了“外臣”向“内臣”转化的途径和原因 ,提出中央政权军事力量的壮大是完成此转化的直接动力。

e7T中华财会网网络技术的发展对企业内部会计控制产生了深远的影响,文章从网络环境下内部会计控制呈现的新特点着手,分析了网络环境下内部会计控制系统所面临的风险,对存在的问题及其成因作了尝试性的探讨,提出了完善、加强内部会计控制的建议,以期达到提高网络环境下内部会计控制质量的目的。     

COMMENTARY (12 YEARS ON) ON ‘THE CONTRIBUTION OF OBSERVATION TRAINING TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN SOCIAL WORK’ BY JUDITH TROWELL AND GILLIAN MILES

This article aims to stimulate discussion about relationships between the lives of professionals and of service users. The idea is that when parallels are explored and developed, power dynamics between professionals and social workers are reduced, the quality of interaction and work with service users can be improved, and professionals can also be helped in overcoming difficulties in their own lives. I start with an outline of my own personal background and highlight my development throughout, including my emerging identity as a Buddhist. I discuss a case study involving ‘Sally’ and her family and our work together while I was a social work assistant in a Children and Family's team. I try to show the interconnections between the different difficulties that we faced and how that informed my work. I look at some of the benefits, pitfalls and boundaries of working from the point of view that service user and professional are both working to overcome their problems. I also interweave interactions I had at the time with Carlos, a drug user friend in a crisis and the impact he had on me. Because I include my own situation I have called this article a ‘case experience’.

Throughout I refer to Buddhist and psychoanalytic thinking and particularly to agreement between the two around ideas that inner‐resistance is the main barrier to personal evolution. I argue that faith is the key to unlocking resistance, and that faith should be understood as the development of a belief within people that they are able to progress rather than be destroyed in the face of inevitable problems.     

A Study of a Network Meeting: Exploring the Interplay between Inner and Outer Dialogues in Significant and Meaningful Moments

The present study is part of a series of qualitative studies focusing on dialogic practice in southern Norway. In this article, we present a qualitative study of a network meeting focusing on the interplay between the participants' inner and outer dialogues. The network meeting is between an adolescent boy, his mother and two network therapists, the same adolescent case discussed previously in this journal by Bøe et al. ( 2013 ). The aim of this study is to explore how the interplay between inner and outer dialogues contributes to significant and meaningful moments for the interlocutors. A multiperspective methodology is used that combines video recordings of a network meeting and participant interviews with text analysis. Our research found the interplay has an important role in understanding the emergence of significant and meaningful moments in therapy. A one‐sided focus on participants' utterances or inner dialogues was insufficient to explain their significance and meaning to the interlocutors. A dialogical approach provides a theoretical frame and concepts that are useful in investigations of therapeutic conversations.

汉代封事的内容及其运作

＂章表奏议,经国之枢机＂。文书形态和运作机制的变迁,是了解中国古代政治制度成长性变革的一个重要切入点。封事是一种直达御前、＂不使人知＂的机密文书,其内容涉及外戚关系、皇帝得失、国家政治和大汉安危等社会政治生活的各个方面。与普通章奏相比,封事的传递、运转过程绕过了尚书台的拆封和审阅处理,直达皇帝,由皇帝亲自批阅,传递过程简单、直接,中间只有少数几个人员和机构参与封事的传递,略去了审阅和处理环节。     

安全的多层门限秘密共享方案

考虑到多层组织共享秘密,设计了多层门限秘密共享方案。本文方案安全性基于RSA密码体制、Sham ir门限方案以及哈希函数的安全性。方案中,秘密份额由参与者选择和保存,秘密分发者也不知晓。每个参与者只须维护一个秘密份额,可实现对多个秘密的共享。方案不需要安全信道,算法能够保障信息安全传送以及验证真实性。
